Officine Meccaniche Zema S.r.l.
is a medium size company which operates in precision mechanic machining field since
1977 with supplying of components of any material, medium and small size, including
super alloys Titanium and Stainless Steel, assembled and tested according to the
customer’s specifications, standard procedures and drawings. We can supply “full jobs”
including raw materials, heat treatments, components of third parts, surface treatments
and NDT controls making use of reliable and preventively qualified suppliers. Besides,
together with subcontractors, we can offer a technical support for changes,
improvements or specific studies. Our final customers mainly operate in the fields of
Machine Tools, Machinery for Aereospace and Power Generation.
With reference to the last one, the experience and the assets available allow the company
to cover a wide range of products.
Casale Litta factory specializes in precision mechanic machinings and can provide complete
machinings thanks to different department as:
CNC Milling, turning CNC and with measurement display, grinding, steel carpentry
( equipped fot TIG, MIG and electrode welding)
and assembly department.
A purchasing department operates in order to supply materials, equipments and specific
requests.
All components, in both areas, are subjected to dimensional test with three-dimensional
measuring machines.
